Normal services have been resolved.
We were informed that the issue was:
"Unfortunately there was a problem with the automatic assignment with the subnets and the IP address. The issue just has been resolved. "
This was at 18:37 and as we were in the process of building a new server and moving all clients to this one we stopped the process and reversed the IP changes.
Needless to say I will be talking to the company in greater detail over the coming days as normally they are one of the most reliable in the world hence we choose them, but today was very disappointing for all concerned.

Currently we are experiencing connectivity issues from a third party network that has failed and can not route web traffic to this server. Clients who have purchased the failover protection are not affected. But we have been in constant contact with the provider on this server and they are working on resolving the issue as fast as possible.
We will update you here as soon as it is resolved.
